How to Create a Quiz That Generates Leads?

Create your quiz with Faabul and set it up to collect names and email addresses. Then share the quiz with your audience and get responses from people who may become your customers. Create a knowledge test to show your expertise (e.g., "How much do you know about investing?"), teach people about your product, or learn what your customers need. You can also offer a chance to win a prize or give more info as a reward for completing the quiz.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Sign In or Create an Account

Navigate to Faabul's homepage. Click the "Sign In" button in the upper right corner. If you don't have an account, select "Create Account" to register. Once logged in, you'll have access to Faabul's quiz creation tools.

2. Create a New Quiz

From the dashboard, go to the My Quizzes section. Click the New Quiz button to start building your quiz. This opens a setup page where you can define the quiz's basic parameters.

3. Set Up Your Quiz

Name the quiz with a catchy title, such as "How Smart Are Your Money Habits?" or "Is Your Diet as Healthy as You Think?" to attract your target audience. Choose a template that aligns with your brand or purpose. Faabul offers customizable themes with options for colors, fonts, and more.

Optionally, you can use Faabul's AI Assistant to generate quiz content based on your instructions.

4. Add and Customize Slides

Click the plus button to add slides, which can include questions, answers, or informational text.

  • Question Types: Faabul supports multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, and more. Choose types that engage your audience effectively.
  • Content Customization: Add images, explanations, or multimedia to make the quiz visually appealing and informative.
  • AI Assistance: If you're short on time, use the AI Assistant to generate questions or refine content based on your topic.

Ensure the quiz is relevant to your audience to encourage participation and email submission.

5. Organize Your Quiz

Reorder slides by dragging and dropping them to create a logical flow. Use the three dots menu on each slide for additional options, such as editing, duplicating, or deleting. Keep the quiz concise (e.g., 5–10 questions) to maintain participant interest.

6. Preview Your Quiz

Use the Preview feature to test the quiz and ensure all questions, answers, and visuals are correct. Check that the quiz is engaging and free of errors before sharing.

7. Enable Email Collection

Navigate to the Host & Share section. Select "Individual mode," which allows participants to complete the quiz at their own pace via a shared link. When generating the sharing link, look for an option to enable the collection of names and/or email addresses. Enable email collection to prompt participants to enter their email addresses before completing the quiz.

Once email collection is enabled, generate the quiz link. Share the link through your preferred channels, such as email campaigns, social media platforms, your website or blog, or event promotions. Participants can access the quiz by clicking the link, and they'll be prompted to provide their email if you've enabled this feature.

9. View Reports and Collected Emails

After participants complete the quiz, go to the quiz reports section in your Faabul dashboard.

Here, you'll find submitted answers, participant performance data, and collected names and email addresses. Export this data for use in your CRM or email marketing platform to nurture leads.
