You directly provide the Operator with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Voluntarily create a new user account
- Voluntarily place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey, request support or provide feedback via email or other digital channel.

The Operator collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Tie content on Faabul to respective user's accounts
- Be able to access your account and data
- Be able to support you in case of any issues
- E-mail you with important information about your account or product announcements
- Send you marketing communications about products and services we think you'll like (if you opt in)
How do we store your data?
User accounts and user content are stored using Firebase. Google Firebase. Firebase is a secure cloud service provided by Google that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and is ISO 27017 certified. Your data is stored within the EU region.
Your content is stored for as long as you have an account with us. You may cancel your account at any time. See Terms for details on how we handle user accounts.
Please note that due to the nature of the service, which is to share your quizzes, the content you create on Faabul is considered as public by default.
Payment information is stored and processed by Stripe. Stripe is a secure cloud service that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Do we use your data for marketing purposes?
We will use your data for marketing purposes only if you have opted in to receive such communication.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please follow the unsubscribe instructions received in such communication or contact us.
What are your data protection rights?
The right to access: You have the right to request the Operator for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification: You have the right to request that the Operator correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the Operator to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure: You have the right to request that the Operator erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the Operator restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the Operator's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability: You have the right to request that the Operator transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Do we track your activity?
The Operator does not use tracking cookies.
The Operator tracks anonymous usage statistics, which are not tied in any way to user accounts nor contain any personally identifiable information.
The Operator may collect anonymous crash / error reports automatically if they occur.
